All users of ADLOT's services, and all customers upon signing up for ADLOT's services, agree to comply with ADLOT's Terms of Use ("TOU"). The spirit of the TOU is to ensure customers are using ADLOT's services with due regard to the rights of other Internet users and in conformity with the requirements of ADLOT's network environment. The TOU are not exhaustive and ADLOT reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its TOU at any time without notice, effective upon either the posting of the modified TOU to www.adlot.com or notification of the modified TOU. Any complaints about a customer's violation of the TOU should be sent here. Except when expressly agreed to the contrary in writing by an authorized representative of ADLOT, this TOU supersedes any other agreement with ADLOT, whether written, oral, by conduct, or otherwise.

ADLOT DIRECTORY is a service for webmasters, site owners, and marketing organizations to quickly have their site reviewed for inclusion in the ADLOT DIRECTORY. ADLOT DIRECTORY is a professionally edited web directory of Internet resources. If you would like your URL included, please select the appropriate category then click the “Submit” button.

Minimum Site Criteria
All web sites submitted to ADLOT DIRECTORY must meet the following minimum criteria:

• The site must be up and running 24/7;

• The site must clearly define its purpose, products, and/or services;

• All links on the site must work;

• The site must not contain any content, products, services or other information that may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, that may infringe or violate anyone's rights, or that, ADLOT Directory believes, in its sole discretion, is offensive.

BY COMPLETING THE SERVICE REGISTRATION FORM AND CLICKING THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, THAT YOU AGREE TO PROVIDE TRUE, ACCURATE, CURRENT AND COMPLETE INFORMATION, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

ADLOT DIRECTORY, AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE OR DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER, EVEN IF ADLOT DIRECTORY IS AWARE OF THE RISK OF SUCH DAMAGES, THAT RESULT IN ANY WAY FROM APPLICANT'S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE, ADLOT DIRECTORY'S ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF A SUGGESTED SITE, OR ADLOT DIRECTORY'S CONTINUED LISTING OF A SITE IN THE DIRECTORY.

ADLOT DIRECTORY'S LIABILITY TO APPLICANT SHALL NOT, FOR ANY REASON, EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY APPLICANT TO ADLOT DIRECTORY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
